It was COLD out, and windy, but we decided to chance it with the P. Family.  I have taken this family's pics for 3 years in a row, and these girls are gorgeous and fun.  They were great sports as well, hair everywhere!!

I wish you could feel the 100km winds coming off the water at their backs, and they are still smiling!!

My friend Carol and her sheltie Fleece achieved her ATCH - Agility Trial Championship this past weekend.  Such an accomplishment for just a baby dog.  I am not a get in front of the camera kind of person, but sometimes we need these photos for prosperity, right Carol??  Thanks to Kathy who pressed the shutter after I setup my camera!

LOVE IT, hate the mess to get it out of the peel.  Once you do it though you have these exploding berries to put on everything, cereal, cottage cheese, and salads just to name a few.

I am making some changes in my lifestyle, good eating and exercise, what a concept!!  My FAVOURITE breakfast, cottage cheese-frozen blueberries and pomegranate seeds.  YUM!
